technology upgrades, grant acquisition and administration, program development, personnel administration, and Title

P roject Management & Funding Acquisition: Secured $40M+ in grants and low-interest loans for 250+
client projects encompassing community health and development, public safety, economic development, education,

Strategic Planning: Evaluated needs and leveraged research and market intelligence to craft 50+ business,
community, and strategic plans, earning First Place and a $10K award in a 2009 Chamber of Commerce Business

Community Development: I dentified opportunities for nonprofit organizations, public agencies, and
