including L.A. Health Department.

Union Drywall, Steel Framing, Lath and Plaster Contractor
Responsibilities included: Supervision of crew of up to 30 construction
workers. Layout and quality control in the construction of O.S.H.P.D.
inspected "Jewish Home for the Aged" hospital. Hospital was 5-story steel-
framed type 1 with kitchen meeting kosher requirements in the basement.
Change orders, R.F.I.'s, and interaction with architect and engineer.

Responsibilities included: Project was renovation of 11 story "Century City
Doctors Hospital". O.S.H.P.D inspected hospital including asbestos
abatement. I was the superintendent for floors 1 to 3 and this included
occupied office space as well as emergency room and fine finishes at the
entry to and inside the building lobbies.
Approved construction schedules, R.F.I.'s, change orders and extra orders.
Supervised coordination of sub-contractors and architects/engineers.

Los Angeles and A.W.S. welding certified for S.M.A.W. and F.C.A.W.
Proficient with Windows operating systems and MS Office including Excel, MS

Certified in CPR, 1st aid with AED. Cal OSHA 10 and 20 hour courses. Fall
