Utilizing many different computer applications and being able to toggle over while using your mouse and terminal. During a regular day serviced anywhere from 125 calls to 175 calls a day was my routine. Calls would range from basic inquiries to special requests. Before any inquiries or requests were honored had to properly verify caller either, by a password on the account or probing security questions. If caller couldn't answer any of the following then no information was given on the account for security reason. Our environment was ever changing received different, Call Procedures Training, Banking Laws & Regulations Training, Sales Training. Received excellent test scores on everything, which was conveyed unto me. Training Class hours were 120 total hours just to make sure everything was absorb properly and utilized correctly.

Won several awards first was at, Fierstein Oldsmobile during August & September of 1989. Sold 43 units or cars and had a huge bonus given to me for both months. Second award was with PNC BANK in; June of 2000 did 30,900 revenue credits and received a sizable bonus check along with my regular compensation. And had a total of 130,900 revenue credits with PNC BANK which in assets was about 15Million Dollars. Bank of America won two awards their one for Balance Transfers & Fraud Insurance Protection December of 2004, March of 2005.
