senior apartment building to a Surrey Memorial Hospital (British

Columbia, Canada) government operated mental health live in treatment

facility.

. Fort Saskatchewan Community Hospital (2010 - 2011) - A new $70 Million

community hospital in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta that included an

inpatient unit (IPU), Hospital Emergence Department with coordination

of CAT Scan and X-Ray equipment placement, operating room design

coordination and general design and construction management of entire

facility.

. Strathcona Community Hospital - CASA House Adolescent Treatment

Facility (2009) - $9.5 million live in school for troubled youth in

Edmonton, Alberta.

. The Enclave (2009) - Phased Condo Development near the Olympic Winter

Sports Park. Specifications writing and design detailing.

. Facility Assessment (2009) - Space by space and floor by floor

assessment of the Arrow Press Square facility for Salt Lake City

Redevelopment Agency.

. Deer Crest St. Regis Hotel (2006 - 2008) - $150 Million Condo Hotel

Project in Deer Valley required intensive construction administration

efforts. I provided site reviews, processed contractor Requests for

Information (RFIs), Architect's Supplementary Instructions (ASIs),

photo documentation and coordination with consultants to maintain

construction.

. Escala Lodges at The Canyons (2007) - Condo Hotel involving

construction administration, weekly site meetings, weekly observation

reports and processing of RFIs and consultant coordination efforts.

. The Lowell Rebuild (2008) - Former Park City Gables Condo Hotel

Reconstruction. Construction Administration and detailing assistance

with project design team. Site reviews and coordination with IBI

design detailing efforts.

Previous Experience:

. Army Lodging - Dugway, Utah (2006) - Site observation and construction

coordination for new 60-room hotel for Army Lodging, an agency of the

US Army.

. Palace Gaming Center Casino and Hotel - California (2004 - 2005) -

Construction Administrator on $130 million Indian Casino project

(included RFI responses, weekly meetings and site observations.

processing.

. Gateway Center - Salt Lake City, Utah (2001) - $350 Million Gateway

Center retail/ commercial project. Services included tenant

coordination and retail spaces plan review, tenant build out

construction coordination, and deficiency punch list review for 90

retail stores for the Boyer Company.

. The Lodge at Stillwater (1999 - 2000) - Program/ Project Director for

180-room hotel/ condominium near Jordanelle Reservoir.

. Daniel's Summit Lodge/ Hotel and Conference Center (1998) - Architect/

Project Manager for 40 room hotel/lodge in Wasatch County.

. Wasatch County Park and Softball Complex (1998) - Architect & Project

Manager of 46 acre park, soccer and softball complex in west Heber

City, Utah.

. Eagle Mountain Parks & Trails Master Plan - Eagle Mountain, Utah

(1998) - Developed master plan for the new town of Eagle Mountain as a

guide to future development of the City parks and trails system,

including the Pony Express Trail. Included a number of public meeting

presentations.

. Logan City Park Feasibility Study - Logan, Utah (1998) - Studied the

options and presented planning charts and master plans for expansion

of the current city park and fairgrounds facility.

. Envision Utah AIA Volunteer presenter (1998/1999) - Conducted Town

Meetings in Heber City (twice), Morgan and Lindon, Utah for "walkable

communities" concepts and master planning strategies. Culminated in

Larry as presenter of the Park City strategies exercise to public

officials meeting at the Salt Lake City Marriott with Sally Elliott

and other Park City representatives.
