• Manager of a large complex professional purchasing team consisting of twelve (12) employees in support numerous missions at the Los Alamos National Laboratory, a multidisciplinary research institution that engages in strategic science on behalf of national security.

• Directed award preparation, including solicitation issuance, quotation evaluation, price/cost analysis, source selection, and performed all necessary post-award administration.

• Buying efforts were recognized through routinely being designated as the Acting Group Supervisor, where my responsibilities included the complete review and approval of all subcontracts prior to submission before legal counsel and the execution of all high dollar/complex contractual documents within the department.

• Leadership displayed while working extensively with the Laboratory Small Business Office in locating and developing both Small and Small-disadvantaged businesses in support of numerous ongoing Laboratory and NASA Programs.
