PROJECT TITLE: “PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS ON 4-S SINGLE CYLINDER
SI ENGINE FUELED WITH HHO GAS AND LPG ENRICHED
WITH GASOLINE”
PROJECT ROLE: Performance Analysis
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project aim is to study the engine performance using LPG, HHO
gas. To conduct mileage test with Petrol HHO gas, LPG gas.
The Project Objectives are to reduce the cost of fuel, to reduce
pollution from the exhaust gases.
HHO referred to as Hydrogen gas, water gas and brown gas. It is
2:1molar mixture of hydrogen and oxygen. The engine derives fuel
from hydrogen gas generated by electrolysis of Water and Petrol.
Conclusion: Total fuel consumption of engine has decreased.
Mechanical Efficiency is more for LPG than petrol.
Emissions like HC, CO, CO2 has decreased.
HHO gas kit is of low cost when compared to LPG.

Presented a paper on Composite Materials at Siddhartha Institute of
Engineering & Technology, Puttur.
INTERNSHIP:
Attended 15 days internship on Design and Study of Bowl Mills at BHEL,
Hyderabad.
WORKSHOPS ATTENDED:
Attended a workshop on Accelero-Botix conducted during Technozion’11at
NIT, Warangal.
Attended a workshop on Automotive & Engine Design at RGMCET,
Nandyal.

Awarded a gold medal in drawing competition conducted by Konaseema
