PPAP Coordinator
At Western Reserve Wire Products I am the PPAP
coordinator. My main focus is performing PPAPs
daily and completing them in a timely and efficient
manner. Performing First Articles, In Process
Inspections, ISIR's, writing Control Plans, FMEA's
and recording any non-conformances on wire
harnesses. This is a very fast paced environment
and attention to detail is of the upmost
importance.

Maval manufacturing is a leading automotive
supplier and specializes in rack and pinion
steering systems. At Maval I performed various
quality control processes. I used excel, mas90, and
inventory control programs daily. My tasks were to
ensure the quality of incoming and in house
products. I also performed PPAP's and check parts
to their blueprints using precision measuring
equipment daily. I assigned tasks to other quality
control personnel as well. Experience with writing
control plans, FMEA's and ISIR's. Organizing the
entire PPAP from start to finish.

During my time at IRBF I learned a lot about
quality control and production in the aerospace
field. Very high tolerances were met and blueprints
were very intricate. Most of everything I inspected
was safety critical. At most times keeping within
.001 to .005 of an inch. I was trained on how to
set up machines and run them. I also performed
PPAP's weekly. Every day here I gained valuable
experience.

At N.S.I., a GM automotive parts supplier, I was a
robotic mig weld operator performing my own quality
control. My duties were operating, gauging,
inspection of product and maintaining robotic mig
weld cells.
