Review of engineering plans and specifications for construction,

restoration, and environmental compliance. Conduct engineering oversight of

remediation projects. Formulated environmental policy, conducted

environmental audits, and developed plans of action to prevent and correct

environmental compliance deficiencies and violations. Provide contracting

support that includes scope of work development, costing, technical

specifications, etc. Projects have been mainly international in nature in

several countries that include Guatemala, Honduras and Dominican Republic.

Principal Engineer for Construction Quality Assurance/Quality Control and

programs. The main purpose was to transfer the technology to SEDESOL, the

States and Municipalities, working as a team to support the success and

good performance of World Bank Projects embracing 149 Mexican cities.

with projects totaling 4.5 Million. Led a team of 36 professionals and
