As Senior Civil Engineer and HSE Safety Manager for Jacobs Engineering Group, currently function as Resident

Engineer for North Florida Broadband Authority (NFBA) communication network of 95 towers and oversee
individual projects valued at up to $20M from contract obtainment through design, permit, and construction
phases:
- Directed engineering design, permits and construction for Jacobs Telecommunications Division, for the radio
network emergency management project, in Floyd County, Georgia currently under construction, valued at
$19M.
- Presided over numerous fast-track FEMA bridge replacement projects in New Orleans, LA using precast
concrete panel slabs to reduce material expenses and labor hours; key player in finalizing contract increase of
more than $1.5M.
Served as Land Development Manager and Engineer of Record for Del Webb Communities’ 5.6K-acre, 8K-unit,

over $100 million budget, active adult community in Hilton Head, SC:
- Directed design, land planning, and construction of development from conception to completion and final
close-out including cost estimation, budget administration, scheduling, and contract preparation; created and
implemented policies using best management practices for land and wildlife.

month time frame.
