responsibility. Resulted in a decrease of approximately 60% of overhead
costs and an increase of 35% patient volumes.
Implemented over ten Process Improvement Teams to increase customer service
satisfaction. Resulted in positive 95% satisfaction from a 78%.
Worked on implementation team regarding two Radiology Information
Systems. Responsible in helping educating over 150 FTEs with the new
systems.
Responsible for standardizing the radiology chargemaster throughout
Advocate Healthcare. Described as being a role model regarding the
radiology chargemaster for the entire corporation. Resulted in over a 50%
increase in revenues for outpatient services.
