OBJECTIVE

I am seeking a full time position with an established business, bank or credit union in the customer service

collections department.

QUALIFICATIONS

Typing 50 wpm, data entry. Spelling and grammar up to par due to business classes taken.

Experienced with in bound and out bound calls, western union electronic payments and numerous

dialers and pc programs.

Familiar with Lexis and Lexis Accurint programs for skip tracing.

I had and passed the phone pro course at DTE. This course helps you to keep the call directed at the

purpose of the call and how to not let the customer go on a tangent about other things. I learned how

to settle issues, payments and problems with a 1 call resolution.
