As the property manager for The Villas At City Center, I was tasked to drive traffic through our property

daily. During my time here I have worked to obtain a full grasp of the Yardi onsite property management

system, and trained a staff of three leasing associates. I took the property from 61% occupied to 85%

occupied, and have sustained that number, and higher. As manager, I also oversaw the full remodel of the

units in the community, as well as the exterior of the buildings.
