Dear Staffing Specialist:

Upon reading the career postings on www.PostJobFree.com, I was inspired to contact you and offer this cover

letter and resume formalizing my interest in the position of Showing Agent for the Tersus organization. My

background and experience will allow me to quickly become accustomed to the duties for the aforementioned

position.

During my tenure with the State’s Attorney’s Office for Baltimore City, I had the opportunity to make excellent

working relationships with other collaborative agencies, contractors and vendors in the business community. My

previous position as Facilities Manager was challenging and detail oriented; where no two days were alike.

In addition to having over 12 years of managerial and retail experience, I have several years’ experience in the

Human Services field. My best attributes are the ability to coordinate, implement and follow through with the

necessary projects and tasks. My previous duties also included performing fiscal and budgeting responsibilities

that ultimately allowed me to find thousands of dollars and resources that could be used in other areas of the

office.

I take pride in bringing new ideas and concepts to areas that are often difficult to conceptualize.

Enclosed is a copy of my complete resume for your review. I am confident that you will find my experience and

enthusiasm to be a valuable asset to your organization. I am acutely aware of the balance that is required between

having a need and ensuring that it is complete in the most accurate and timely fashion. I would appreciate the

opportunity to meet with you to discuss this position and how we can form a productive and lasting working

relationship.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Angela S. Nelson
