Started out as a line food assembler then became a machine operator. I've had training on the Captain 200

carton machine, video jet, marsh printer, and doboy wrappers. I also had internal auditor training and now

sit on the internal audit team. I went from machine operator to lead over High Speed case out departments

and then lead over Pie Shell production department. I'm familiar with the SAP computer system, Word, and

Excel. I have recently became acting supervisor over the Pie shell and Breading departments, supervising

teams of 36 people. I'm familiar with the Kronos clock system and do all the scheduling for my departments.

I've also been through the Lean and Green Practioner class provided by the University of Oklahoma. With my

past experiences at Schwans and my training I believe I can achieve any task put before me. Excellence and

perfection are what I strive for in my day to day career. I can't and won't except anything less.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Production Supervisor

Schwans Global Supply Chain Inc. -Stilwell, OK -August 2012 to Present

Oversee production of Breading and Pie shell departments. Making sure of correct ingredients and packaging

per BOM. Ensuring all QA paperwork and checks are maintained in a timely fashion per spec. Maintain proper

and adequate staffing per specs. And oversee employee times and vacation threw Kronos clock system as

well weekly scheduling.

Production Lead II

Schwans Global Supply Inc. -Stilwell, OK -October 2002 to August 2012

Maintained Pie Shell department by ensuring proper staffing, correct ingredients for dough per BOM. Good

consistent product at 100% quality for customer satisfaction. Maintained daily paperwork and any corrections

before turning into accounting.

Production Machine Operator

Maintained efficiency of Captain 200 carton machine. Verified x-ray checks hourly and weight checks every

half hour. As well as proper paperwork per QA.

Production Assembler

Responsible for inspecting product before packaging.
