I am an experienced customer service representative working in a large call center environment. With full
documentation of all inquiries, I have handled medical and dental insurance inquiries, including benefits, claims
processing, coding and claims investigating. Currently, I am taking an on-line course for Healthcare Document

Avaya, Kronos, Windows 7, 8 and XP, TOPPS, TBS, and MSAS. My experience with Microsoft Excel is
limited.

Being on unemployment since November has allowed me to take an on-line course to further my education.
This course can be done completely at my availability. There is no set schedule to adhere to, leaving me
available to work the hours needed.
