Third generation plasterer with over 30 years experience in the lath and
stucco, drywall and framing industry. Licensed EIFS applicator with AWCI.
Experience using multiple manufactures: Parex, Dryvit, STO and Senergy.
Knowledge of Lath, Plaster, One-coat Stucco, Three-coat Stucco, interior
and exterior high-end finishes.
Establishing and maintaining contact with prospective repeating customers.
Estimating, negotiating, and signing contracts, project management, cost
management, litigations and customer service.
Extensive experience with both commercial and residential projects: Hotels,
Schools, Hospitals, Offices, Shopping Centers, Assisted Living Facilities,
Multi-Family, Apartments, Track Housing, High-End Custom Homes and Pre-
fabricated buildings. OSHA certified for scaffolding and safety.
