planning of diversion of flow arrangement of the existing sewer
line prior to undertaking de-silting of the existing man-entry
brick sewers including stanching arrangement and location of
access pit. Review of the structural design of the Type II GRP
panels of circular or ovoid shape in accordance to the
stipulation made in WRC manual - check for thickness of the GRP
panels, flexural modulus and bending stress to withstand the live
load and equivalent hydraulic load depending on cover depth of
the panels and recommend for approval to the client. The work
being executed by International Contractor namely M/s Michel Bau
of Germany and M/s Angerlehner of Austria under Global contract.

The diameter of the sewers varying from1650 mm diameter to 3050 mm

8.5 KM. Management of construction of
rehabilitation work including monitoring of day to day
progress of project work executed by contractor,
for undertaking de-silting of existing sewers, local
repairing of inside surface of sewers, conduct
CCTV after de-silting to access the condition of the
sewer line, check physical dimension of the sewer
line, conduct CCTV to assess extent of local
repairing and location of existing branch
