SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

I have over 30 years of construction industry experience spanning supervisory and management roles on

over 80 projects. My experience extends across a wide spectrum of projects including senior housing,

churches, government buildings, car dealerships, schools, universities, tenant improvement and

commercial buildings. As Superintendent I direct all field personnel to achieve completion of the project

on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and

specifications. I help maintain the construction schedule with a company scheduler while identifying and

solving problems.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

General Superintendent Nautilus Custom Builders, Inc., San Diego, CA

Mirada at Valleyheart Condominiums, 18 units located in Studio City. This condominium

project is approximately 40,000 sq. ft. 4 story-wood framed on a podium deck above a

subterranean parking garage. This project cost approximately $6.5 million.

Also specializing in HOA repairs.

November 2008 – June 2009 Optimus Construction, Inc., Glendale, California

General Superintendent

Cantabria Senior Apartments, 81 unit low to moderate income senior housing project.

This Senior Apartment Housing project is approximately 92,000 sq. ft. three story-wood

frame on podium deck above one level of on-grade parking. This project cost $16 million.
