Assistant Perishables Manager: Work with Perishables Manager to direct and

oversee Produce, Dairy, Provisions, and Meat, Seafood, and Frozen food

departments. Distribute work assignments to department managers, Cycle

count Produce and Meat departments twice a week, Perform weekly audits on

product handling procedures and proper rotation in all of the perishables

Produce Manager: Supervision of employees in the produce department,

providing excellent customer service. Daily contact with produce buyers to

maintain appropriate stock levels for customer demand, ordering, receiving,

inspecting, stocking, and organizing of daily deliveries in the

Produce department, maintaining a clean and safe work environment to meet
