CAREER OBJECTIVE:

I’m seeking a challenging position, that will allow me to utilize my diverse skills and intend

to build a career with leading corporate with committed and dedicated people, which will

TRAINING- EXPERIENCE:

Project Title: Recruitment- Policies of IIIM (CSIR).

Organisation: Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine (Jammu).

Designation: Trainee.

Period: 6 weeks (26 June- 7 August).

Key Learning:

This study enabled me to know the actual scenario of the recruitment process followed by

IIIM. The things which were only in pages actually came in front of me, the efforts that are

put by the IIIM to select best candidates from a huge lot who come for the interview through

the defined recruitment process.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

• Basics- MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access).

• Good understanding of the internet and related technologies.

PROJECT UNDERTAKEN:

• Effects of Personality on Entrepreneurial Intentions: Prof Sanjeev Arora

This project was based on the concept that Entrepreneurship leads to value creation

which has positive impact on economic growth and employment. Research has

shown that entrepreneurial intentions could be developed through well designed

educational programmes and also shows that social capital significantly influences

entrepreneurial intentions.

• Recruitment Policies of IIIM( CSIR): DR. R.K.Raina

In this project I studied in detail that how the recruitment is being done in IIIM and

the importance of a good selection process starts with gathering the complete

information about the applicant from his application form and ends by inducting the

candidate into the IIIM.

EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:

• Participated in various inter- college hockey tournaments.

• Organised youth festival, events, talent shows and annual day.

• Performing arts such as dance and drama.

• Creative arts such as painting and drawing.

• To manage various cultural festivals like Diwali, Christmas etc these were celebrated

at our campus also.
