Speed Transmissions. Creation, implementation, and validation, of engineering changes to the Bill of Materials,

across all Chrysler platforms. Review implementation of released material and tooling for prototype vehicle

builds. Work with Production Control and Release Engineer to resolve issues of running Engineering Changes to

reduce cost, waste, and validate manufacturing schedules.

• Built BOM based on Engineering Change Notice.

• Performed labor planning and production scheduling that resulted in reduced overtime. Developed cross

training program that led to increased productivity and a 12% labor cost reduction.

• Managed the assembly of transmission repair kits. Reduced error rate to zero.
