Experience: Baltimore Green Works, Marketing Coordinator, (November 2012 – April
2013) Created newsletters, monitored social media, marketed non-profit's
events to the community and solicited support for the non-profit.

Conducted more than 200 field insurance inspections. Inspections include
photo, diagram and assessment of house for safety, liability and condition
concerns.
Volunteer Maryland Coordinator, Americorps member with Southeast
CDC, Baltimore, MD. (September 2009 – August 2011). Developed a
volunteer program which focused on greening issues in southeast Baltimore.
Wrote volunteer manual, worked with the community to create programming
and published an e-newsletter. Recruited and trained 500 volunteers who
donated time valued at more than $70,000.
Grant writer, TILT Studio Foundation. (August 2008 - August 2009)
Baltimore, MD. Wrote awarded grants for the foundation. Completed
Maryland Cultural Data Project for 2008&2009. Created banner design.
Solutions Strategist, Bluehouse, Baltimore, MD. (March 2005 – February
2006). Researched sustainable furnishing and design products. Organized
product orders. Set up accounts. Communicated with property manager
regarding site. Helped coordinate store opening.
News Artist, Baltimore Sun, Baltimore, MD (March 1989 - July 2004).
Responsibilities included page layout and design for the fronts of Features,
News, Food, and Business sections, and creation of pull-out graphics and
design for LIVE.
Instructor, Baltimore County Adult Ed, Towson, MD. (1995-1996).
Graphic Intern, Berlingske Tilde, Copenhagen, Denmark (Nov. 1987-
Feb.1988). Created and produced four-color weather map.
