Estatec, was a company manufacturing just a few static control solutions mainly for the electronic industry. Estatec

was founded on 1998 located in Guadalajara, Jal.-México-, now Estatec is México leader on ESD industry becoming a

medium range company, developing, producing & commercializing a full line of static control solutions for the

Electronic, Medical, Automotive & Aerospace industries.

Territory Manager (2008 – Present)

In charge of Baja, Sonora, USA, Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador sales for the company exporting to companies as Jabil

USA, Flextronics USA & Continental USA, opened new Key Accounts for the company like Foxconn/Sony, Panasonic,

Plantronics, Alcatel/Flextronics, Mitsubishi, Samsung, Philips, CISCO Systems, Delphi, Wistron, GE, Tyco, Flextronics

Medical & Amphenol.

Opened new accounts/distribution in USA, Argentina & Ecuador, the market share in Son. is >80% and in Baja >70%.

countries, based on that 3M Company requested 3M Mexico for my transfer from México to USA operations, utilizing

my advanced & specialized knowledge of 3M IBD (International Business Development) processes

International Business Development Representative (2005 – 2008)

Drive sales from Exporters, OUS customers & direct Mexican accounts to a record growth together with

Transnational/Global distributors working with domestic sales representatives and 3M México sales representatives.

Interface with México and Division teams for business coordination, communication of progress, and follow up

3M Mexico is a Subsidiary of 3M Company with operations in all Mexico with 2 manufacturing facilities and several

branches through all the Mexican states. The company was founded in 1947 and is based in Mexico City.

Sales representative / Static Control Products (2001-2005)

Hired to be in charge of Chihuahua, drove top distributors to growth no less than 60% on 1 year, opened accounts

as RCA, Philips, Jabil Chihuahua, Scientific Atlanta, Plexus, Wistron. After Chihuahua results promoted to develop

Baja & Sonora, increased sales in Baja from $300,000 to $700,000 in one year, then I was promoted to IBD.

Achievements:

Aggressively growing ESD region business from $300 to $1.6M in 2 years in my last territory, Chihuahua.

Identified, pursued, and closed the largest 3M ESD epoxy flooring deal in México with Jabil Circuits in Chihuahua

with $600,000 in revenues.

Promoted & Transferred with a company bonus to develop the Static Control Products
