Types of Equipment I’ve worked with In the Electronics Industry:

Worked with Mako 851 SMD Rework Station, Blown hot air soldering tool. Also worked with Metcal soldering irons. Clean & No Clean Fluxes. Worked On all Vectrons computer programs to ensure electronic units are in frequency specification for the customer. If not in specification I would adjust unit by changing component’s (parts) to bring into specification. Operated welding machine of covers to units. Must vacuum bake units for 4 hours first to eliminate any condensation before welding (sealing) the cover to the oscillator unit Also operated seal check machine and also liquid test for any leaks within the oscillator units after welding before moving on to the next process. Operated all 40 temperature testing ovens. Operated reflow machine for certain units of up to temperatures as high as 260 degrees C to make sure no condensation and no badly soldered parts, to reflow the solder.
