Experience

SUPERVISION / MANAGEMENT KNOWLEDGES:

• Improve availability and reliability of operation within design and operating limits through

effective maintenance and by selecting the most appropriate maintenance philosophy.

• Coordinate, plan and act as focal point for maintenance tasks during shutdowns.

• Ensure that a maintenance planning process supported by a computerized maintenance

management system is in place as well as that maintenance system and procedures applied,

reviewed and updated.

• Liaise with all relevant departments to schedule maintenance and inspection program.

•Perform duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.

• Provide professional advice in planning and scheduling for the management and technical

teams of the project.

• Maintain on site relations with the client to ensure continuity.

• Construct, develop and implement plans of action to meet client’s needs.

• Establish site establishment and services. Requisition all site establishment and services and

ensure that services utilized and maintained.

• Responsible for safe operations of all staff on the project.

•Monitor and control sub-contractors, consultants and vendors by holding updated meetings

regularly and monitoring progress and consult on any changes.

• Ensure that schedules, targets met and that on site estimating carried out correctly.

• Provide Project planning services (schedule, progress measure, reporting, etc.) and initiate

appropriate advice to support successful delivery of the Project.

• Plans, directs and coordinates responsibilities of staff and functions to meet department goals.

• Responsible for initiating and coordinating corrective actions defined within area of

responsibilities.

• Reports to responsible manager of function.

• To ensure the general maintenance: dismantling, repair, overhaul, replacement of part,

adjustments and re-assembly of machinery, equipment and parts of plants.

• To plan and supervises the work of subordinate positions and directly carry out some aspects of

the actual mechanical maintenance work particularly in very complex cases.

• To carry out or participates in the final testing of repaired mechanical equipment, and pay

particular attention to the functioning of newly installed equipment and plants.

• To supervise all mechanical maintenance or modification works done by contract to ensure that

they done properly and in accordance with contractual specifications.

• To provide specialist assistance in the study and definition of preventive maintenance.

• To ensure that all mechanical works carried out in strict observance of safety rules, regulations

and practices.

commissioning, startup, trouble shooting, preventive maintenance, top & major

overhaul and alignment of different series of Waukesha products.

Major Waukesha Projects In Angola

2008 completed turnkey project of 3 x Waukesha Enginator 12V-AT27GL power

plant. Yearly O & M contract with Somoil national company Luanda Angola.

From 2002 to 2005 yearly maintenance contract, maintained 5 x Waukesha Enginator

12V- AT27GL power plant with electrical national company Cabinda Angola.

2003-commissioned startup 5 x Waukesha engines VHP coupled with pump from

National Oilwell at TOTAL E & P Soyo Angola.

Responsible for complete service backup.
