demanding property.

. Target population are able to pay Equal Monthly Instalment with

combination of monthly house rent and savings amount for 15 to 20 years

tenure.

. Majority property buyers prefer to relocate closet to the Dhaka city

areas

Research Topic: 'A Comprehensive Study On The Real Estate Sector Of

Bangladesh'.

Responsibilities:

. Supervised a research team of 8 researchers from Institute of Business

Administration (IBA) and University of Dhaka, as well as 40 field

surveyors from University of Dhaka.

Findings:

. 15% GDP contribution of Real Estate sector in the national economy from

yr 2008 to 2011.

. Directly and indirectly 2.5 million workers are engaging in the industry.

. Analysed growth / decline of the industry from yr 2008 to 2011.
