ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

. Manpower management.

. Co-ordinate with other Departments, Clients and Sub-Contractors.

. Executing the Hydro test as per approved procedures.

. Erection of Pipes, equipments etc

. Knowledge in GA, P & ID, and ISOMETRIC drawings.

. Preparing Line clearance reports.

. Raising mechanical punch lists for incomplete works.

. Maintaining Project progress as per the requirements.

. Handling work under pressure.

. Handling shut down and Long Term Project.

. Maintaining all works with safety aspects.

. Preparing and maintaining the documents with updates for their

respective jobs.

. To conduct QC activities as per Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).

. Co-ordinate and Witnessing Epoxy Thermal spray and Belzona Coatings.

. Preparing Test Packages, Dossiers.

. Preparing welding & Fitup inspection reports.

. Preparing Line History Sheet.

. Inspection of Root DPT and Final DPT.

. Witnessing welder's qualification tests.

. Fit up inspection, welding inspection before, during and after

Welding.

. Review NDT reports and maintain all related files and records.

. Knowledge about various welding processes like SMAW, GTAW etc.

. Witnessing of preheat and post heat treatment processes.

. Witnessing and verifying the repair joint correction.

. Witnessing of positive metal identification and ferrite test.

. Keeping track on welder performance on monthly basis.

. Verifying the electrode baking temp and time.
