can competently provide application support and implementation:

1) Online communication tools such as in- basket messaging and referral management

t hat ensure collaboration among members of the interdisciplinary team involved in

patient care.

2) Epic Beacon in care of oncology patients .

3) A pplications and tools that allow patients access to their record online,

schedule/cancel appointments, order prescription refills and send messages to care

p roviders.

4) Applications and tools for patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing.

5) Applications and tools that allow effective care t ransition and continuation across all

a reas such as in clinics, the emergency department, and on inpatient units.

6) Computerized Physician Order Ent ry (CPOE) which allows physicians to manage

test results and effectively communicate findings to patients.

7) C linical documentation tools and "smart sets" that enhance workflow and make

i nformation accessible to those who need i t.

8) Electronic medication administration record (eMAR) that ensure patient safety and

reduces error.

9) Pre go-live workflow analysis and data gathering.

Assist with orienting new staff to department workflow and use of Epic EMR.

I nst ructed staff on how to w rite progress note using smartTools, smartText and

SmartPhrases.

Assisted staff with follow-up actions such as ordering labs, medications,

r adiology test/scans.

Collaborate with I T and project team to resolve and escalate issues to promote

i mprovement of system use and maintenance.

Resolved system issues by effectively collaborating with project and team leads,

command center and support staff.

Experience/knowledge of ICD 10.
