Production Planner/Scheduler/Expeditor/MRO Buyer

Review contracts and MPS for materials, delivery and contract due dates. Assist Business

Unit Manager, Program Managers and Proposals on contract/quotes to assure material

cost/quantity are sufficient to support production. Monitored contracts for cost. Verify/ Update

BOM’s/Usage Factors for proposals and production. Verify drawings for revision levels of

components to procure. Determine JIT delivery dates/lead time for components.

Initiate/release requisitions & assist Purchasing for components to procure. Monitor delivery

dates and follow up with customers to ensure on time delivery to support production

requirements. Schedule production work orders and release to production lines. Initiate routing

slips for material moves to shop floor from Storage locations. Monitor WIP on shop floor for

accuracy and monthly inventory counts. Write and/or update Quality Work Instructions (QWI),

Standing Operating Procedures (SOP) and Bill of Materials (BOM) for Planning and Materials.

Procure MRO materials for various departments across facility in Small Purchase System.

Prepare Monthly Cost of Quality Reports for Senior Management.

LOT DATA RECORDER/LINE ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK

Perform various administrative duties for Business Unit Manager and Line Superintendent.
