Performed research for database information company compiling and analyzing information to generate many reports for the industry to use (ex: vacancy rates, absorption rates, analytics, comparable reports, etc.) using excel tools like v-look ups/ chart. I checked that the statistics for the reports are accurate and made sense to end users. Called brokers (inbound/outbound) and building owners to gather information on sales and leases of commercial properties to then market their properties to the whole country. Managed team of 8 researchers; marketed for sale/lease properties for companies (CBRE,VOIT,Staubach & Co.)
