Android Application Developer

Title Loan Finder

This is an android application for a vehicle loan provider. This application is used by the

customers to apply for auto loan in minutes by providing basic details such as name, address etc, and

the loan amount required. My part in this project was to add the picture capturing capability for the

customer to upload his vehicle’s pictures and send it to provider while applying for the loan. In

addition to this the app provides other pages like, how to apply, terms etc for the loan and an option

to contact the provider. This is an ongoing project and next step is to get the server upload

functionality for the new fields added to the project.

My Role:

• Picture capturing capability to the existing application

• Add/Modify fields as per specification given

• Provide suggestions for better user interface

• Design of contact page as per specification given

Freelance Developer

Auto Sale Web portal (www.smithsautosale.com) Nov 2012-April2013

The Project is for a local vendor for showcasing the cars and enable better GUI for the users to

browse through the cars. The project was solely developed and tested by me, the key features were Ajax

based login, data grid dropdown box etc. Most of the controls are ajax and image upload for the admin is

done by Java servlet with dojo progress bar.

Used Jquery to display the photos of the cars in the front page.I have used JQgrid to display the

details of the inventory for the admin,with the grid admin can easily add,edit,delete and upload photos.Used

google analytics to get the information of the users who visited the site.

Used HTML,CSS and javascript for the UI development.

• Designed and developed the application in java and jsp using eclipse .

The KJS system was developed for Kalyan Jeweller’s to manage their inventory control, Purchase,

Production, Sales, Cash Management and Manufacturing Units. The KJS manages for not only a single

Unit/branch but across all the Units in the entire country. KJS also keeps a record of jewelry designs entered

by the System admin of any new design that comes up in the Market, on top of the jewelry designs database

that we provided with the package. KJS manages the purchase of the new designs from the market or

developed by the internal Smith, and finally the product is sold to the customer. KJS also offers a menu of

cross functional options and administrative services consolidating the salary reduction/enrollment process,

contributions and remittance functions, Savings Statements and Institutional Reporting.

Role:

• Was a part in developing different Modules like Inventory module, Sales module, Purchase module,

Production Module and in corporate many features

• Developed the business logics in the EJB components, which take care of the data transactions with the

backend.

Customer: The customer can register, order a product from anywhere in the world.

Administrator: He collects goods from the vendor and delivers it to customer as per the order.

Vendor: He provides the goods to the administrator.
