Multi-group physician practice with 11 sites throughout eastern Lorain and
western Cuyahoga counties comprised of 174 employees, including 36
physicians, specializing in internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics,
endocrinology, dermatology, podiatry, OB/GYN, and five midwives.
Additionally, my services were contracted out to Cuyahoga Physician
Network, Inc., another physician practice group under the Sisters of
Charity Health System umbrella.
Human Resource Coordinator (Generalist)
Solely responsible for all aspects of the Human Resource function including
policy, benefits, hire / termination process, HRIS/Payroll maintenance,
unemployment and compliance.
. Composed employee handbook for Cuyahoga Physician Network, Inc. and
policy manuals for Westshore Primary Care Associates, Inc. and Cuyahoga
Physician Network, Inc.
. Managed and coordinated group benefits including medical, dental, vision,
life insurance and 401(k) programs. Responsible for benefit enrollment,
issue resolution with third party administrators, benefit analysis and
invoice approval. Coordinated FMLA requests and tracking.
