turbine.

3. Role : Project Leader.

4. Analysis : Increase the efficiency of turbine.

: PROJECT DESCRIPTION :

Main aim of our project isto improve the efficiency of steam

turbine.Now-a-days power utilization is more as compare to olden days but

we are not meet this requriment successfully.

A small problem in the turbine parts and in process leads decrease in

efficiency of power production.Sometimes outer parts are beingcooled while

the steam is not passing through it at thah time we need reheat steam to

heat the outer parts,but our problem istaking the reheat steam fro the

boiler and turbine this leads to steam is not supplying in actual quantity

to steam turbine for production of heat energy.If we over come this

problem by supplying reheat steam from other source a small quantity we

can in performance of steam turbine.If we produce 1 unit increment in

supply can also be meet the needs.
