HUTCHINSON SEALING SYSTEMS, INC. 2004 - 2013

A $250M manufacturer of rubber and thermoplastic automotive glass and body

seals and a division of Hutchinson Worldwide, an approximately $3.2B

manufacturer of automotive, aerospace and industrial products

VP of Operations, NA - Church Hill, TN; Wytheville, VA; Newfields, NH and

Celaya, Gto. Mexico (12/09 to 2/13)

. P & L responsibility for 4 manufacturing plants (rubber and plastic

extrusion and injection molding) and 2 rubber mixing plants with 2113

employees and $250M in annual sales

. Developed and managed division operational objectives through 4 plant

manager direct reports

. Oversaw environmental and safety programs through an environmental and

safety manager direct report resulting in zero environmental penalties
