Blackberry code line consists of following: -

Project: Mobility Solution (Mobile Project Implementation)( Team Size 8)
MIP solution is COTS based solution customized for DSGi. DSGi is helping
its field staff members spend more time on the field and service locations
by giving them remote access to its information systems.
DSGi redesigned the business processes so its field staff members can use
service oriented architecture (SOA) as an interface to a dozen
applications. This allowed the DSGi to make its data mobile.
It enabled field staff members with remote access to administrative and
investigative tools such as routing system, navigation system, store
management system, spare-part ordering system, service delivery management
and customer satisfaction surveys.
Responsibilities:
. Providing trainings to product implementation design team on new
business processes and how they can be implemented.
. Interacted with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) of different
divisions (Store Management, Routing and Service Delivery Units)
and established a business analysis and design methodology around
the MIP.
. Worked closely with the UI team to model the mobile screens, which

This system was a part of Staff Performance Monitoring System. It was a
Staff tracking and scheduling system. Different types of grades, teachers,
courses & curriculum are captured and online position can be seen
instantaneously. It was integrated with School's leave management and HR
system for automatic scheduling purposes. It captured daily routine of
teachers and number of courses. It captured total number of rooms available
for different events. It used to automatically schedule teachers and staff
members for an event based on their availability and amount of work load
(already assigned assignments).
