largest Ford Dealers, in the Washington, DC. Metropolitan area, with 52

service bays employing 35 full time technicians. Employed

Maintain group leading scores for CSI & Brakes, Tires and Batteries

measurement & penetrations. Developed daily score card for advisors, for
