Reporting to the President, managing projects & making key

decisions on developing strategic alliances with companies.

Oversee all the projects that are done for clients through SOW,

RFPs won and in-house product development. Concept is a GOLD

implementation and system integration partner with ALFRESCO &

TIBCO products. Responsible for managing project teams including

Managers, Project Managers and consultants of around 65+ staff

including onsite, offshore for development, testing, and

networking. Increased company turnover from $2.8 Million to

. Implemented HIPPA compliance, JCAHO, OSHA's Bloodborne

Pathogens documentation standards for Siemens MedSeries 4,

EMR, AS/400, HL7, HIPPA for EDI for a hospital in Bermuda.

. Implemented Kodak docushare software for clinical document

management system to store all patient documents, x-rays,

results, so that the doctors would be able to see them

anywhere. Departments covered were Oncology, Pathology, ER,

content management system.
