Serviced the southeastern region (GA, FL, AL, NC, SC, TN) Bioresearch Division. Traveled around the region installing,
repairing, training and maintaining customer instrumentation, from software integration and installation, to hardware
modification on the following equipment: spectrophotometers, refrigerated centrifuges, and robotic automation systems with
PLC interface controls. Responsible for more than $1,500,000 worth of contracts and repairs. Customers included universities,
hospitals, government facilities (e.g. CDC, USDA, HLS, US Customs and DNA crime labs), and multi-million dollar
corporations. Trained customers on instrument use and maintenance. Created and gave PowerPoint presentations to customers
on ways to reduce costs associated with centrifugation use. Advised product design engineers on problems/bugs with old and
new pieces of equipment. Maintained one of the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the southeast region. Responsible for
maintaining logs on every piece of equipment. Performed software and hardware upgrades on instruments for multi-level
operating systems. Generated sales leads. Sold maintenance support contracts. Followed the proper safety protocols from
Hazmat, PPE, DOT Transport, Biohazard (BSL 1-3), and Radiation in labs across the country.

Worked on wastewater treatment plant control systems. Worked on multiple types of controls dealing with centrifugation of
solid waste to pumping water, with different types of feedback devices. Performed basic PLC programming and interfaced

monitoring systems for repair.
