* Serving as Technical Liaison for Sapa Heat Transfer-Sweden and Sapa Heat Transfer-China to the

Aluminum Heat Exchanger customer base in the Americas as well as their global organizations,

mostly Asian based.

* Create aluminum alloy solutions from Swedish and Chinese facilities to meet specific customer

specifications or propose alternatives based on Sapa capabilities.

* Create or modify material process flow in conjunction with plant engineers to manipulate properties

and fine tune Sapa solutions.

* Represent Americas at biannual technical forum in Japan for 5 largest Japanese based customers,

detailing current product developments and future development trends.

* Coordinate marketing efforts at industry trade shows in Americas.

* Charged with introducing Sapa Aluminum products to growing South American market with

assistance of 3rd party sales representatives.

* Lead product launches of new alloy solutions to Americas customer base.

* Serve as local Quality contact for customer dissatisfactions and worked with Swedish and Chinese

production and R & D team members to investigate and solve quality issues.

America, Toyota North America and Nissan Mexico, both directly and through trading companies.

* Developed and fine tuned new and existing exciting products in conjunction with the customer, sales

and research for current and future Honda, Nissan and Toyota models.

* Investigated, solved and presented corrective actions for customer dissatisfactions.

* Troubleshot customers’ processes to aid in solving poor performance.

* Conducted trials to determine capability limits of 84” Hot Strip Mill and worked with contractors

during the 2 year major $100 million 84” Hot Strip Mill upgrade.

* Solved quality problems and wrote corrective actions for product nonconformances.

* Technical lead on team responsible for $30 million coiler upgrade of 84” Hot Strip Mill.
