Designing a new differential amplifier circuit using CMOS technology with
lesser power consumption & high Gain.
RESEARCH ANALYSIT
Project 1 32-bit ALU
ALU DESIGN AND VERIFICATION:
Using VHDL(hardware description language), need to describe a 32-bit ALU
and write a testbench to test the ALU function
Step by Step:
. Vhdl code for ALU based on ripple carry principle and another one
based on a prefix tree of Sklansky type.
. Testbench for both ALUs
. Testing and debugging the ALUs using NCSIM logic simulation tool
(ModelSim)
Project 2 Class-D Amplifier
The project is about designing a Class-D amplifier, targeted for a 130-nm
silicon technology provided by ST microelectronics
Performance Requirments:
. It should have interface that permits its being connected to the MP3
system developed by the designated digital teams
. The output load will be 32ohm earphone
. Analog output should have a reasonable audio quality for music.
TERM PAPER
EDA FOR PHYSICAL DESIGN:
This paper is aimed at giving a brief overview of the difficulties and
goals of physical design and its inherent design flow. And also certain
methods and algorithms used by tools today for solving some of these
difficult problems.

Parametric Design of Traction Motor and Energy Storage for series Hybrid
off-road and military vehicle:
The main Objective of the project is to make an alternative generative
source for the military vehicle using traction motor which was achieved
using ultra capacitors and lead acid batteries
