Executive Administrative Secretary to second Vice President. I did all secretarial duties, managed 79 fully furnished executive apartments over three states, overlooked the executive vehicle department, worked closely with the purchasing director, and trained other employees on the computer. Held meeting on proper executive attire, kept minutes on meetings, set up conferencing (phone and in-house) I issued all memos, correspondence and kept all personal records for VP. I implemented filing systems and handled petty cash of $2500. All travel arrangements for the Administrative floor were made by me and did all administrative floor employee expense accounts. I managed one personal secretary and a maintenance man. I also did AR/AP for the Administrative floor.

Financial secretary/clerk- I worked directly with the Director of the Financial Aid department as receptionist/file clerk, and secretary. I setup a new file system, recorded, and dispersed student loan checks. I was responsible for Pell grant forms and ordered all supplies for the financial aid department. Chiropractic Office - 1975 -1980 I set up the office and acted as the receptionist/office manager for husbands Chiropractic office. Responsibilities were the front desk/ AP/AR, collections, scheduling, appointments, setting up new patient accounts, greeting patients, taking care of all communications and correspondence including collections. Maintained and updated all patient records. Interviewed and hired a full time office manager before I quit.

At the present I am attending Kaplan University (virtual) and hold a 4.0 GPA, major is Criminal Justice and lack one term to finish my first year. I have had a term in composition 1 and 11. Strong background in collections, management, public relations, administration, organization, excel, powerpoint, word, micro soft office. Looking to relocate ASAP. Also have a knowledge of landscaping and upkeep.
