OBJECTIVE: I am seeking a position within your organization, to promote

developed advanced clinical training, as well as leadership skills with
extensive administrative knowledge. I am seeking a position that will
allow me to do the following:
. Utilize my clinical experience to provide disease state information and
clinical education to clients for prevention and health promotion.
. Provide clients with interactive and engaging training and clinical
expertise.
. Respond compliantly, timely, and appropriately to clinical
education/resources and updates as warranted.
. Attend and provide clinical information and scientific presentations at
national, regional, and local meetings.
. Provide support that is of value to the organization and it's employees.
. Cover local and national meetings, for engaging and enlightening trends
and to remain informed of changing prevention and treatment paradigms.
PEER OVERVIEW:
My current role as a Bone Marrow Transplant Nurse Practitioner, in addition
to my years working in both solid/hematologic malignancies and internal
medicine, has provided me with educational and clinical resources to excel
in any clinical or administrative field. I am a dynamic speaker, adept at
providing high level scientific presentations and disease state information
or community based presentations which are applicable to participants.
Additionally, I have the ability to tailor teaching to a more personal,
individualized, communication. I continue to keep abreast of on-going
changes in treatment paradigms and prevention options. As a Supervisor, I
am familiar with the needs of both the clinic patient as well as the
operational challenges of a growing and developing Bone Marrow Transplant
facility (currently an NCI Center of Excellence). As a result, I have
developed excellent communication and working skills, which apply to
clients, colleagues or administrative professionals. I am passionate about
client care and possess a vast knowledge of Palliative or Quality of Care
for clients. If provided with the opportunity, I believe I would be an
excellent addition to your team.
