• Traveling across western Canada I developed the scope & prepared bids for
commercial projects ranging from $300K to $3mil.

• Additionally one of my duties was to interface with cost control company
representatives from fi rms like Specs and M K H. These are consultant fi rms

and to monitor the rebuild phase and all billing. Working with these fi rms
required tact, knowledge of the rebuild processes, insurance company rules
concerning reconstruction.
