Was the Department Liaison with the Bus Marketing and the Operational
Accounting
Departments. Rewrote and updated the Slot Operations Department's Standard
Operating
Procedures and the Policies and Procedures Training Manual. Developed Slot
Operation's
Slot Attendant Expectations Guidelines. Also developed the Procedures and
Forms Training
Guide and Test for Slot Operation's Supervisors.
Guest and guest service issues are a personal responsibility. Any guest

customer individually.

with reviews as
