Primary responsibilities included heavy calendar management, meeting and

event coordination, and conference call set up. Onboarded new associates,

which entailed sending requests for laptops and associated software as well

as security access to network drives and building access.

support materials for Vice President and Finance Director Meetings.

. As Zone Captain for the Finance Department, managed allocated space

and seating assignment for new associates and contractors on different
