. Aqua Flex ELS 6-8 color press, prepping of a FevaFlex CI 6 color,

monitor of a FMC Center Impression Flexographic Press, Timson T48

Text Press, and Goss Community 4 color

. Set Megtec, Ebway, Martin and Butler Roll stands. Also set Butler

Logger Stacker among others. Assembled pastors part-time

. Qualified to print all types of materials, such as: Film, Paper,

Pressure Sensitive, and Shrink.

. Mount plates to cylinders, put plates into the press and line them

to gear

. Set dies, underscores, matrixes, lamination, and tension control.

Set registration and composition on each web

. Disassemble/reassemble blade fixtures. Set regulations and

composition on each web.

. Pulled plates from press and moved annilox to needed station given

the job type

. Excellent eye for color shade perfection and matching PMS book. Can

catch on screen image

. Dip ink as needed into fountains as the press runs

. Web up press and line gears. Set the folder, align the pins to

deliver

. Gauge in the rollers to the plates as well as the plates to the

pressure roller (CI)

. Rebuild blades and seals as needed. Cleaning pumps, pans, corona

treater, CI, and rollers

. Assisted in setting the stackers, given the job specification. Ran

all sizes of books

. Ran a multi-web book between 24 and 56 pages, including glue and

trim

. Directing the crew as instructed by the head press operator

. Monitoring and filling of water etch conductivity, checking of the

ink viscosity

. Web up the press, bend and mount plates, and change blankets to

prepare for the next job.

. Load and unload semi truck shipments and deliveries

. Boxed, labeled, wrap and band skids. Load and unload all varieties

of materials

. Certified to operate Hi-Low and Clamp Truck

. Self sufficient with little or no supervision needed. Can follow

directions with ease

. Mechanically inclined. Can replace almost anything on these

machines

. Always willing to provide help or assistance with co-workers
