It is a complete CES 7.5 implementation with wire line in first phase and wireless in second
phase. It includes all Amdocs products CRM, OMS, Enabler, ASMS, ARM and APS.
Projects involved a complete billing solution for Rogers wire line customers in drop1 and drop2
which includes Customer creation, account activation, running Usage, Billing and month end maps.
Responsibilities:
• Part of Enabler team as a Senior QA testing role.
• Extensive experience in design of Test Plan.
• Creation and review test cases using HP Quality Center and RQM for Test
management and execution of test cases.

The Order Management System is to Place the Customer orders through Customer Sales
Representatives and Technical Persons for Providing products and its related services to
customers. They can provide different products like RG, STB, PTV, HSIA, CVOIP and CW
products .The Products will go through different phases like Negotiation, Provisioning and
Notification phases at the time placing the order, after completing all this phases successfully the
particular product is assigned to the Customer. The user can perform Order Actions like Amend,
Change, Amend on Change, Amend on Provide, Suspend, Resume, Soft suspend and Soft
Resume, Cease using Batch Processes for different needs.
In this Project BPA and PCE areas also come into picture while working with OMS. BPA will take
care of all Business Process Flows i.e. Validation of all the different activities that appears in flows
for different Order actions while ordering through OMS is done. PCE will take care of all Product
Catalog Environment attributes i.e. Validation of the Component attributes, Compatibility Rules.
OMS also interact with different interfaces like Telegence, Enabler and ERP EPIC etc.
