Transportation Consulting and Management – Scheduling Manager
I served as a member of the Indianapolis Airport Authority’s TC&M extension of staff team, and was responsible for
assisting in the transition and operations and transfer of existing terminal facilities to the new Indianapolis Midfield
Terminal at Indianapolis International Airport (IND). I focused on the closeout schedule, research and analysis of
schedule delay claims and the development of a $2.3 schedule for airport campus improvements.
Aviation Capital Management – Scheduling/Reports Manager (Program Controls) – New Indianapolis
Airport Program
Developed and managed the Program Master Schedule and related reporting functions as part of the Owner’s Technical
Representative Team for the $1 billion New Indianapolis Airport Program (the largest civil project in Indiana history). The
program consists of a new terminal, two concourses with twenty gates each, parking garage and lots, a new air traffic
control tower, fire station, operations center, runway and taxiway modifications, utility and site work, concessions,
information technology systems integration and building systems commissioning.
My responsibilities included schedule development, integration and maintenance of over one hundred-forty design and
work packages from over eighty design and engineering firms with construction and systems integration schedules from

ten construction managers (including IBM, Turner Construction, Hunt Construction Group and Shiel Sexton) into the
Program Master Schedule for the Indianapolis Airport Authority using Primavera Project Planner (P3) software.
I created a custom database combining schedule data from Primavera with financial data from Prolog to create a series of
executive and manager level dashboard reports for schedule analysis and program controls to improve project
communication.
I also prepared monthly program status reports for the Indianapolis Airport Authority and other stakeholders. Another
project was the development of a Program Master Schedule and reporting database for over $100 million of Capital
Improvement Projects for the Indianapolis Airport Authority.
United Airlines – Indianapolis Maintenance Center
Created the Aircraft Material Planning System using Primavera (P3) software and MS Access to produce a material

the aircraft maintenance schedule at the Indianapolis Maintenance Center. The projected inventory savings to
Indianapolis Maintenance Center for the year 2000 was $4,000,000.
Project Manager for the team that developed a suite of on-line tools to monitor, analyze, and report on productivity and

profitability at the Indianapolis Maintenance Center.
Project Manager for the development and implementation of the Employee Dependability System, to track individual
performance, productivity, attendance and FMLA issues for the Indianapolis and San Francisco maintenance bases.
Created and implemented the Software Tracking System which inventoried software, monitored licensing requirements
and eliminated the facility’s exposure to a potential $30,000,000 fine from Microsoft.
Designed training programs for Primavera software and served as an instructor for employee user groups.
