The $5.5 million dollar project is a Design-Build-Finance-Leaseback for the Veterans Affairs.
The Clinic serves the veteran community and includes general examinations, dental care, x-ray, lab services, eye
examinations, bariatric unit, psychological unit, pharmacy, and eye care shop. The building is approximately
23,900 GSF, single story, with a penthouse for mechanical equipment. The building is designed under the
requirements for Government Anti-Terrorist Force Protection and includes USGBC certification of LEED Silver.
This project was successfully completed on February 21, 2013; two months prior to contract requirements with an
excellent rating from the VA.

St. Regis Hotel and Residences

This $160 million project includes 653,000 square feet of high-rise building, with 26-stories cast in place
concrete structure, precast exterior façade, and 14 elevators.
This Five-Star hotel complex boasts 151 guestrooms, 53 exclusive high-end residences ranging from four
million to ten million, a world class spa, two fine dining establishment, an opulent ballroom, a bar, a wine bar
and wine storage facilities, a fitness center, an elevated pool and amenity decks, an underground parking,
17,000 square feet of meeting space, a library, and residence and hotel concierges.
This project has been delivered at a Guaranteed Maximum Price delivery method, at an overall schedule of
27 months.
Role: Project Manager and Resident cost negotiator for 52 custom condos with interior construction build-out
cost of approximately $23 million.

Atlantic Station. This building includes traditional Islamic design, two large metallic colored domes and a

formal pray areas all linked with state of the art Audio/Visual system. The building is mostly steel structure
and has ornate finishes such as custom lighting, stone interior facade, brick exterior facade, and painted
ornamental domes. This building also has outdoor recreation/pray areas, three-story parking garage and an
underground detention pond.
