Job Description & Responsibilities (Aug 07 2006 - Present)
Material Ordering Group (Material BUYER)
. Analyze the system-generated MRP and convert the requirement to
Purchase requisition to Purchase Order.
. Support the post PO activities including PO item change and
revision with the instruction from the Sourcing and Finance team.
. Handle material disposition and RMA (Return Material Agreement) or
RTV (Return to vendor) for return of rejected material to supplier.
. Determine the latest pricing and supplier allocations to generate
the Purchase Orders for approvals ensure timely deliveries and
inventories are maintained at desired levels.
. Monitor and communicate all reschedule pull-in and push-out
materials base on material criticality.
. Generate manual purchase request to Purchase Order from turnkey
materials to consignment.
. Deal with Purchase Order release & rescheduling according to
changes in demand, Reschedule PO and expedite past due PO with
suppliers.
. Sourcing component on local and foreign approved alternative
supplier for spot buy materials to support customer drop-in orders.
. Conduct aged material for Buyback to customer.
PPC Production Plan and Control (Scheduler)
. Perform and execution of SAP R/3 (Systems, Applications and product
in data Processing) transaction.
. Extract and analyze material buildable report and highlight all
material shortages to material planner buyers.
. Check and update open Sales Order (SO) status.
. Release production order, SMT and Back-end throw-in and kit list
prior production run.
. Responsible for Finish goods shipment and meet the customer
required date of delivery.
. Responsible for production planning / control, driving daily
production efficiencies by releasing/sequencing the manufacturing
orders based on material/capacity availability
Store Keeper
. Responsible for the material inventory and the item base in
transfer post or documents.
. Receiving of materials needed by production from 3PL.
. Weekly monitor material shelf life and inventory on hand per
materials.
. Responsible for the Good Issuance and Goods Receipt transaction of
materials needed by the production.
. Responsible for real time (R3/SAP) transaction for incoming and
outgoing of materials.
. Assist in monthly / annual physical inventory. Generates and
prepare the result of the physical inventory.
. Observe (FIFO) first in first out and (FEFO) first expiration first
out of materials.
